Valentine's Day
Hey all! So how was your Valentine's Day? I cannot believe all the holidays that have been falling close to the weekends lately. It's nice, but also not so nice at the same time. For instance, Halloween was on a Friday. Friday's are one of our best days, and Halloween was soooo slow! So we lost that Friday. If Halloween had been on a Wednesday for instance, (one of our slower days) it wouldn't have been a big deal. Well, Valentine's day was on Saturday. It was a good day, but we only made about 30 more ice creams today than we did last Saturday. So I guess I am kinda wishing that holidays were falling on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday so that our normally slower days would be boosted by the holiday! Oh well. lol All-in-all it was a pretty good weekend considering how crappy the weather was.

We came in on V-Day. That should have made a difference!!
I was going to ask you how valentines and all those pies went. hope you had a chance to enjoy at least some of the holiday. Maybe you should create your own holidays since you are always busy on them. you could celebrate valentines say--in april. anyway, keep up the good ice cream making.
You didn't say how President's day went? Did that effect your business, how about groundhogs day?
